Dr. Andrew A. Geller, D.D.S.

Dr. Andrew A. Geller is a general and cosmetic dentist and a Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantology (FICOI) at Geller Family Dental. He completed his undergraduate Bachelor’s degree in neuroscience and psychology at the University of Colorado – Boulder. Dr. Geller earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine – highly regarded as one of the top ranking dental schools in the country. He subsequently furthered his education at New York Presbyterian – Weill Cornell Medical Center and Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSKCC), completing a rigorous General Practice Residency with a focus on general dentistry, surgical training, implantology, and dental oncology.
Dr. Geller has extensive training in all aspects of general and cosmetic dentistry – prosthodontics (crown and bridge), endodontics (root canal), all stages of implant dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, Invisalign, oral surgery, pediatric dentistry, and preventive dentistry. Through years of extensive training and considerable experience treating patients, he is an expert at implant-supported full arch rehabilitations. A significant amount of his practice is focused on achieving the perfect smile for his patients by executing this skill.
Dr. Andrew A. Geller is committed to continuing education, utilizing the most up-to-date techniques and materials available, employing new innovations in the field, and providing the best quality of comprehensive dental care to his patients. Dr. Geller has a passion for dentistry and truly cares for his patients.
He is an active member of the American Dental Association (ADA), the New York State Academy of General Dentistry (AGD), the Ninth District Dental Association, and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (AACD). Dr. Geller is a native New Yorker and enjoys water skiing, snow skiing, tennis, and traveling.
Dr. Terry Geller, D.D.S.

Dr. Terry Geller graduated from New York University College of Dentistry in 1976, at which time he started Geller Family Dental and has been treating patients in the community for the past 46 years.
Having his children practice with him is a fulfillment of a long time dream, and they will secure this practice’s future in the community. His children now treats the children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren of the original families Dr. Geller started treating.
Over the years, Dr. Geller always provided comprehensive treatment for his patients, caring for all of their dental needs. Currently, he focuses most of his time in the practice placing implants and doing major reconstruction cases. He also performs Botox and dermal filler procedures.
He continues to be an avid snow-skier, water-skier, and golfer, having served as the President of The Saint Andrew’s Golf Club in Hastings — the oldest golf club in America.
He also works with his wife, Michele, at the New York Presbyterian Hospital, as well as Hospice and Palliative care of Westchester.
Dr. Jonathan Stein, D.D.S.

Dr. Jonathan Stein graduated from Northwestern University in 1996. He then attended the New York University College of Dentistry, where he received his D.D.S. degree in 2000. After finishing dental school, Dr. Stein completed a one-year General Practice Residency at Bellevue Hospital in Manhattan in 2001.
Dr. Stein has been in private practice since 2001, and has been with Geller Family Dental since 2006. Dr. Stein is committed to providing his patients with the most comprehensive dental treatment available.
Dr. Stein is an active member of the American Dental Association, the New York State Dental Association, and the Ninth District Dental Association.
Dr. Stein is an avid sports fan, and in his spare time, he loves to travel.
Dr. Jessica Bookman, D.D.S.
Cosmetic & General Dentist
Dr. Jessica Bookman earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) from the University of Michigan School of Dentistry in 2008. She subsequently completed a post-graduate residency in general and cosmetic dentistry at the University of Michigan/Ann Arbor VA Hospital. Dr. Bookman is known for her friendly personality and gentle approach to dentistry. She treats adults and children of all ages in a comfortable setting and is dedicated to providing the highest standard of care for her patients.

In her commitment to keeping up with the latest advances in dentistry, Dr. Bookman has attended numerous continuing education courses in the areas of general and cosmetic dentistry, Invisalign, endodontics, oral surgery, and implantology. Dr. Bookman and her husband, Adam, reside in NYC and are the proud parents of two daughters. Outside of the office, she enjoys playing piano and spending time with her family outdoors.

Dr. Stephanie Dadoun, D.M.D., MD
Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon
Dr. Stephanie Dadoun was born in Montreal, Canada. She earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in physiology from McGill University and went on to receive her Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) from the McGill faculty of Dentistry in 2009. She subsequently furthered her education by completing a year-long General Practice Residency, transitioned into an integrated Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery (OMFS) residency program and earned a medical doctoral degree at New York-Presbyterian Hospital and Weill Cornell Medical College. Dr. Dadoun has earned her MD and completed a General Surgery internship, and completed her OMFS residency in 2016.
During her training, Dr. Dadoun gained extensive experience in orthognathic and craniofacial surgery, facial trauma and maxillofacial reconstruction, TMJ surgery, maxillofacial pathology, and dentoalveolar surgery, including wisdom teeth, bone grafting, sinus lifts and implantology.
Dr. Johnny Groeling, D.D.S.
General & Cosmetic Dentist
Dr. Johnny Groeling grew up in Ronkonkoma, New York, the oldest of 4 children. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in biology at Queens College where he also did research on the effects of Dengue virus infection. His research was presented at national and international conferences during this time. Dr. Groeling continued his academic career at NYU College of Dentistry where he researched the effects of fluoride on enamel cells while earning his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. His research at NYU College of Dentistry was recently published in the academic journal, Science Signaling.
Dr. Groeling is passionate about providing quality dental care to his patients. He believes that healthy and esthetically pleasing teeth are vital to overall health. Dr. Groeling realizes that dental anxiety is oftentimes a barrier to dental care. He aims to provide a welcoming environment where even the most nervous patients will feel at ease.
In his free time, he enjoys playing the ukulele, kayaking and cooking for his girlfriend and his dog, Rufio.
Dr. Jonathan Cohen, D.D.S.
Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon
Dr. Jonathan M. Cohen was born and raised in Great Neck, NY. He received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the New York University College of Dentistry and graduated with multiple honors. He then completed a General Practice Residency at North Shore LIJ, where he was able to gain more clinical exposure to all aspects of restorative dentistry, dental implantology, and Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. After completing his general practice training, he went on to complete five years of residency in the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the Rutgers School of Dental Medicine and University Hospital, a Level One Trauma Center in Newark, NJ. During his last year of residency, he served as the Chief Resident. During that time he would perform the most complex procedures while having the opportunity to educate students and residents in both clinical and academic Oral Surgery. While training at Rutgers, Dr. Cohen twice received the patient advocacy award, recognized by the hospital for his gentle nature and excellence in patient care. Dr. Cohen has active certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS), and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
Dr. Alan Pernikoff, D.D.S.
Dr. Alan Pernikoff is a born and raised New York City Board Certified Periodontist. After receiving his Bachelors of Arts from Brooklyn College, he earned his Doctorate in Dental Surgery from New York University College of Dentistry. It was during this time in which he discovered his passion in Periodontics as he graduated with honors in Periodontics and received the Quintessence Award for Clinical Achievement in Periodontics.
After completing a one-year General Practice Residency at New York Hospital Queens where he received the Dr. Lawrence Diamond award for Clinical Excellence in Periodontics, Dr. Pernikoff went on to complete a 3-year specialty training program in the field of Periodontics and Implant Dentistry at NYU College of Dentistry. While being trained and mentored by some of the top periodontists in the field, he obtained vast knowledge in treating patients with a wide range of services and procedures, both simple and complex, including dental implants, periodontal plastic surgery, periodontal therapy, sinus lifts, extractions, and bone grafting.
Dr. Pernikoff has showcased and presented his work at dental meetings and symposiums including the American Academy of Periodontology annual meeting and the Jay-Siebert Tri-School symposium. Dr. Pernikoff believes in treating each patient as an individual and giving his patients all treatment options.
He is LANAP certified clinician so that he can offer his patients a less painful and invasive alternative to traditional periodontal therapy using the FDA cleared Laser protocol to treat periodontitis. He is also a pinhole certified clinician allowing him to offer his patient a minimally invasive method to rejuvenate their gums without any blades or sutures.
Dr. Pernikoff also believes in giving back to his profession as well as is passionate about teaching. He holds a faculty appointment in the Department of Periodontics and Implant Dentistry at NYU as an Adjunct Clinical Assistant Professor. It is here where he trains both dental students and residents in the latest techniques in periodontics and implant dentistry.
